Happy 2nd Birthday Isaak!

My only nephew turned 2 on Tuesday! I can't believe it! He was just born! But I look at my babies and think the same thing. Since DJ & Ammie had gone to Indy the weekend before and we are the only family up here we went to their house to celebrate Isaak's birthday. We had spaghetti for dinner and of course cake & ice cream. But before we had cake Isaak opened his presents! It was so fun watching him. Emalie wasn't sure what to do without having something to open so she decided she would be the "paper-picker-upper." It was cute!!!

Ema found a bag (imagine that) and that was the end of cleaning up the paper.

Isaak loved our present of a little T-ball set.

The only problem with our gift is that Isaak was more interested in using his golf clubs to hit the ball off the tee than using the bat.

Emalie had no problem using the bat.....she just didn't swing she just tapped it off the tee.......very girlly.

The former baseball player couldn't help it...he showed his princess just how to hit the ball.

Isaak also got a new tricycle.

Everyone's favorite part of a birthday...the cake & ice cream!
