We found a Gorgeous house!

We looked at 4 houses and only 1 was a "maybe." So we decided to look at a few that were still in our budget but a bit more than we really wanted to pay. After what we had seen though we were willing to go a bit more to be in a better location...we walked into a GORGEOUS house! It is only a year old and in a great/small neighborhood. As we drove down the street 2 guys that were outside at 2 different houses waved and there were like 5 kids playing right by our house. So that made us feel good from the start. It's all brick, with a small yard...and lots of wooded area in the back yard

The living room is nice and big, with all the hook-up's over the fireplace for our TV and entertainment "stuff."

The formal dining room is really nice...Ethan likes the light fixtures...he says they are fancy.

The kitchen is quite nice...it has plenty of cabinet space, a pantry, and a large area to put our table.

The master has a cut out ceiling which makes it look really nice, more like a master suite.

LARGE bathroom, with double vanity, HUGE closet, stand up shower....

a BIG TUB for me!!! With jets! I'm so excited!
