On Wednesday before Thanksgiving there were two special visitors that came to Nana's house. Santa & Mrs. Claus. They came to check and see if the kids were behaving and to make sure what they wanted for Christmas. The kids were loving it (Isaak & Emalie had to stand back for quite a while before they warmed up to the idea of sitting on their laps). Emalie as HILARIOUS! She kept saying "not on ho-ho's lap...just on the grandma's lap." And that is what she has been since..."I saw ho-ho and his grandma at Nana & Papaw's house." FUNNY! Thursday we had dinner at Ammie's house this year instead of mom's so the kids could go play and spread out a bit more. It went very well and I think mom enjoyed not having all the clean up and mess at her house. It was a very nice time with family, but too short because we had to go find a house in South Carolina.

Ethan had no problem telling them what he wanted...then he asked some special questions...like how old Santa was...how many elves he had...and other questions that mom & dad just couldn't answer.

The babies didn't mind at all...Lucas & Zowie are getting so big!
