A visit to the aquarium

We love visiting the North Carolina Aquariums. So it's always a stop on our trips. The kids never seem to get sick of going there and seeing the different fish and other ocean life. Here are some pic's from our visit:

Ethan never gets sick of messing with this alligator that is by the front door

This is a VERY RARE albino alligator that was rescued when her den was destroyed by Hurricane Katrina. She will never be allowed to be in the cage with the "regular" green alligators because they know she is different so she has her own, plush little area to lounge in. It was hard to get a good shot of her in the water, but you can definitely tell she is white and not green!

This crab thing for kids is funny...however Emalie is always afraid of it for some reason...we were trying to get her to try it this year. She watched Ethan get in...

And finally got in...only to find out she is too short to reach the window to look out of...maybe next year! (See her hands???)
