I LOVE fixing waffles and pancakes!  I still don't have a good waffle maker (the kind at hotels that you flip around) so I stick with pancakes.  I have searched and searched for a good pancake recipe and think I got one!  The kids even got me a Food Network pancake turner for Christmas!  It's HUGE and awesome...and works for turning over-easy egg's too!  But here is our attempt to making a good pancake recipe...good ol' Southern Pecan Pancakes...
