Ethan's surprise...plus SNOW/SLEET!

We found out that Ethan was getting some visitors for his birthday so Emalie & I spent Thursday and Friday morning cleaning up and preparing to have 11 people in our house. While Emalie was waiting it was windy and rainy. I looked out and found that the rain was a bit more solid than normal. I took some pictures of it. We got rain/sleet/snow flurries on October 16th! That's alot earlier than we prefer it! I am guessing our first "real" snow fall will be within the month! YUCK!

I don't know if you can see it or not...but if you look at the wood...the parts where it looks "bumpy" is the sleet. YUCK!
