The Devastation....

On Sunday afternoon we went out to survey the damage. The following pictures are what we found downtown Franklin! It was completely crazy! Streets and bridges had been completely washed away, our police department lost 26 vehicles to rushing waters, and people were tearing out everything from their homes. It was really sad.

There are a couple police cars down in the outfield of this softball

field we went past, obviously they are not supposed to be there.

This SUV came from a nearby apartment complex.

The water swept it away from it's spot and left it on it's side.

(Behind this car is our Police Station where they lost

almost everything. Believe it or not this place actually sits

up on a hill away from the creek that flooded so badly.)

This is kind of blurry but it's our park in downtown Franklin.
